I’ll never forget my first encounter with a coach.

It was just one conversation, many years ago, with a professional coach, that left a deep impact on me. I think it was the first time that anyone had asked me to really consider why I did what I did, and had then angled the mirror skilfully to reveal to me the reflection of aspects of a person I had almost forgotten.

Having time to look inside myself and engage with someone who was, to all intents and purposes, a friendly stranger, was eye-opening. It uncovered truths that had been buried over time.
